Seven days. Nothing to start with except a blank canvas.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But before we get into this project, there\u2019s something worth saying.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few weeks ago, we published a founder\u2019s story titled \u201cWe Just Lost a Client Over a Font.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That project dragged on for three months. We went through endless revisions, multiple reviews, worked with the client\u2019s print guy, and still, the final brochure didn\u2019t land right. The client ended up disappointed and even stopped their digital marketing with us.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tough projects teach you more than the easy wins ever do.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The biggest lesson wasn\u2019t about fonts, colours, or brochures.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The real lesson was this: everyone needs to stay on the same page from the first design to the final print. If that slips, things go sideways fast.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And then came FindUrHealth.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This time, we had 25 labels to create in just one week.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project showed what happens when your design system, communication, reviews, and approvals all move in sync.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Starting With a Blank Canvas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/findurhealth.com\/\">FindUrHealth<\/a> needed 25 labels across two ranges: Daily Wellness and Herbal Wellness.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We didn\u2019t have any existing label system to use. No templates. Nothing to copy.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We had the products, the categories, the information, and the direction.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We had to build the visual system from scratch. That was the real challenge.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How do you make 25 products look unique but still feel like one brand?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because designing 25 labels isn\u2019t really 25 separate design jobs. It\u2019s one branding problem expressed 25 different ways.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>One Brand. 25 Different Products.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With one product, you can focus almost entirely on that individual package.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 25 products, you have to think about the entire range.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typography has to remain consistent. Information hierarchy has to work across different products. Colours should help people tell the products apart, but the whole range still needs to look like it belongs together. Layouts have to be flexible enough for different product names and info, but still keep a consistent look.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So we built one visual system first.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Typography. Hierarchy. Colour families. Layout.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we set those basics, each label could have its own identity but still look like FindUrHealth. That difference matters.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We didn\u2019t want 25 random labels with just the same logo slapped on. We wanted 25 products that clearly belonged to the same brand.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Client Stayed Inside the Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s where things were different from our last project.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last time, too many people got involved and expectations got messy fast. Taking a design from screen to print can get complicated if you don\u2019t control the process.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With FindUrHealth, we kept everything transparent and moving. The client wasn\u2019t just waiting for a bunch of files at the end. She was involved throughout.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She checked the colour direction midway through the project.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When 6 or 7 labels were still pending, we updated her on the status instead of leaving her guessing.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When she was ready to start printing, we didn\u2019t just dump a folder of files and say, go ahead. We sent JPEGs for review first.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Review. Approve. Then print.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her response was simple: \u201cDone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That quick reply actually meant a lot. Everyone knew exactly where the project stood. Everyone knew what needed review. And everyone knew when it was time to move to production.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Seven Days Later, the Designs Left the Screen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s a different feeling when you see your design turn into a real product.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A design file might look perfect on your screen. But at some point, it has to leave the screen. It has to become an actual label. It has to sit on real packaging. It has to work at real size. It has to make sense as part of a real product.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seven days in, the designs weren\u2019t just files in Photoshop anymore. They were on real tins. People were actually holding them. They were ready to go out into the real world.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s where design really gets tested.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Then Came the Message<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client shared photographs of the finished products with our team.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then came the message: \u201cThank you, team. It turned out very well with the labels.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a short message, but it mattered. After what we\u2019d just gone through on the last print project, it meant even more.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because positive feedback is unusual. Because this time, we actually saw a project go all the way from blank canvas to design system to 25 labels to review to approval to print to physical product.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work actually made it into the real world. And the client was happy with what she saw.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Difference Wasn\u2019t Speed Alone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doing 25 labels in seven days sounds like we just worked super fast.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that\u2019s not really it.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We didn\u2019t get speed by cutting corners. It came from having a system that worked.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you try to treat every label as a separate project, you\u2019ll slow everything down. A clear visual system cuts out unnecessary repetition. A defined approval process keeps things clear. Because at the end of the day, the work isn\u2019t meant to stay inside Photoshop.
